   We love this restaurant. The food is excellent and the service was very attentive. Our daughter was celebrating her birthday and the table very nicely decorated. It‘s always very special to go there.

   Had the set lunch (salmon starter, sea bass main and some maki). All technically excellent and absolutely delicious. A very reasonable bill for what we ate. Nice staff. Really enjoyed it.

   My wife had the teriyaki salmon and it was definitely over cooked. I know I can prepare lachs that is correctly cooked and taste better than we she had in our air fryer…I do it every week. I had the sushi/sashimi mi and it was good. I think the taste/quality is no better than what the little stand in Wittlich Edeka offers at a quarter of the price. Instead of dessert we shared a sushi roll. We let the hostess choose and she brought us a tuna/shrimp tempura roll….that was absolutely outstanding and made the evening for food. Service was great.

   Outstanding interpretation of Sushi. Service excellent. The interior is cool, modern and stylish… but after a while (before main course) I felt slightly annoyed by the overall noise level.

   I took my husband for his birthday to Henssler restaurant in Hamburg because he is a big fan of Stefan Henssler and we were not disappointed. From the location to the reception, the service and the food, it was all perfect. The quality of our food was amazing. Each course was delicious. Thanks to the Henssler 's family. We will sure visit again. I will recommend them anytime, anyday. 👍🏾
