パーティー・貸切The Private Dining Room, one of two private spaces at Hibiscus, is located on the lower ground floor of the restaurant andaccommodates up to 18 guests seated or 30 for a standing reception. It is furnished with the same oak panelling andWelsh slate found in the main restaurant, and offers both the à la carte menu with three courses at £110 per person and theseven course tasting menu at £135 per person. There is also the Workshop, an intimate dining space that hosts the ChefsTable, for up to six people. It is available for lunch or dinner bookings to experience canapés and a signature six course tastingmenu (£155). As well as being a professionally equipped development kitchen for Claude and his chefs, the space is also usedfor corporate masterclasses and tutored wine tastings (from £100 per person).
