Dining Roomは古いパーラー内にあり、当時からのクリスタルのシャンデリアがまだ使用されています。現在、部屋は温かみのある柿色に塗られ、伝統的なダイニングチェアと共に快適な布張りの長椅子、ウィングバックチェアが設置されています。アフタヌーンティーとスコーン、シェフSteve Sperlingによるマルチコース料理、どちらを取ってもHOBNOB Restaurantでの食事はいつでも特別です。 ワインリストには、特別なデザートに合ったアイスワインの素晴らしいコレクションを含むナイアガラで最高のワインを取り揃えています。暖かい季節には、庭園と北アメリカ最古のゴルフコースを見渡せるサイドベランダで、キャンドルライトディナーを楽しめます。 ディナーの後は隣接するラウンジで、グラスのポートやアイスワイン、特製コーヒーを楽しんだり、ベランダに座って夜空を眺めて過ごせます。 ダイニングルームは毎日営業しています。

                                  Really nice ambiance being seated by the fireplace helps. The London fog crème brûlée is amazing.

                                  Enjoyed Valentine’s Day dinner at Hob Nob with my husband. He had French Onion soup, beef tenderloin and strawberry shortcake. I had the soup, pistachio crusted halibut and chocolate truffle cake. Everything was delicious! Ashley was our server and was exceptional. The entire team was friendly and helpful. The ambience was warm and inviting. This was our first time, but we will definitely be back!

                                  Great atmosphere and our server was great but the food wasn’t our favourite. Bread was very hard and the steak wasn’t very good. We will be back for maybe lunch or afternoon tea but I don’t think we would come for dinner again

                                  It was a very pleasant experience. Anna was helpful with our menu choices and questions. The restaurant was quiet, which was what we needed catching up with family after Christmas. Food came in hot and tasty. The brownie dessert was a lot more than expected, having to take some home. Thank you very much.

                                  Overrated! Quality of food is far inferior as shown in the cautiously curated online photos. Definitely overpriced for the experience they offer. We went for brunch and all our eggs are overcooked and dry. We sent it back only to get another plate which was mediocre at its best. The washrooms looked like they were situated in concern down motel and definitely not a boutique hotel the business claim to be. Please beware and take your business elsewhere to get better value for your dollar.
