   We were basically sat at the worst table in the place. Right in the middle of all the traffic right next to the server station. There really should not be a table in that location at all.

   Very professional service, Polite and knowledgeable staff, very clean and food was very good, Clam chowder was very good, Oysters were very good, and the server explained the two different types of them

   Excellent! We went there for my father‘s 79thbirthday dinner. The service (Tom) was the best and our family has not had a night out that was more perfect. The food, the drinks and the service combined with such a nice crowd and atmosphere make us be consistent and repeat customers. Thank you, Hugo’s in Naperville!

   Lunch in Naperville on Friday - busy, noisy, but not bad. Lots of servers circulating, lots of attention. Water is constantly refilled, we were asked about our meals - all good! I like this place, food is good and comes with appropriate sides. Business lunch, long lunch all good - not appropriate for a lot of kids or quick meals...this is dining.

   Great food, and outstanding service by Tom and Mike. While the prices are high….the quality of the food is worth it. The best steaks and shrimp in Chicago area, and even beyond. The seafood is better if than many seaside restaurants. This has been our go-to place for nearly 20 years for our family. Love it!

   The service was excellent. Their clam chowis outstanding. The Oysters Rockefeller were outstanding. Escargot was good, but on the salty side. Whitefish and mashed potatoes was a plentiful dish and very good. Overall just a really great place to eat.

    Our late-night Sunday dinner at Hugo's Naperville was just as enjoyable as it always is, as when we go during more typical peak hours. I must say we missed the great energy that is more customary but it WAS nearly 9 o'clock so there was really no surprise there. We had never tried the sushi so we shared an order of the Shrimp Tempura Roll and it was super tasty with a nice light crunch. Delightful! My sweetheart had one of his Hugo's favorites, the Prime Angus Burger; it was perfectly cooked and accompanied by those fabulous hand-cut fries. Because of the late hour, I settled on the Shrimp Cocktail which is always excellent. Many thanks to Ray for the splendid service!
