   Lovely, alfresco dining open by the pool overlooking the beautiful sunset,  the cocktails were creative and delicious.  The entrées, catered to dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating with minor changes.  I got the bouillabaisse and omitted the calamari.  it was flavorful with tender seafood. My husband got the lobster and shrimp linguine special in a delicious light vodka sauce.  my Server was professional, attentive, and friendly. We will definitely be back.

   We’ve stayed at Manchebo as guests on 3 separate occasions so have eaten at Ike’s many times. This time we dined as guests of another resort. We’ve always been happy with the food and service until last night. Security is rude upon entry. Our waitress was nice, but very inattentive. We asked for water for our 8 month old son. Server never brought it. A food runner brought us a glass of water well before the waitress did. It took 45 minutes to get 1 cocktail and an hour to get 1 glass of sangria. I don’t know if the sangria was ever coming. It only came quickly after my husband went to see the host. No refills on water after asking. No silverware for dinner. Did bring over bread only after asking. We have always enjoyed eating at Ike’s, but this time was really not good. Disappointing because the food is very good and normally the service is spot on.

   A most beautiful spot for dinner especially if you sit at one of the tables by the pool. The food is good and the service is too.

   Last night was our last night in Aruba. While we’re not staying close to the resort, we ate at Ike’s 5 out of the 10 nights. Every meal was great. The best plant based menu on the island!!!

   Great experience at Ike's Bistro, including great food, wonderful service, and a beautiful setting. We had their red snapper and corvina (white fish). Both were excellent. We were happy to have arrived shortly before our reservation time, just in time to watch a beautiful sunset at the Manchebo Beach location.

   Four of us dined a few evenings ago. Two vegans and two dined off regular menu. First I want to thank Ikes bistro for offering a full vegan menu. It is very hard to eat out at most restaurants as a vegan and it is appreciated. We ordered the vegan artichoke dip with puta and it was very good. For our main we both got the crispy tofu mushroom risotto. The risotto was very flavourful although very oily. The crispy tofu was oily and bland. It really needed to be marinated in a sauce and seasoned as it was blah. The desserts chocolate torte and vegan snickers were very good. The other couple ordered the chicken dish, carrot soup, seafood paella and creme brûlée and they said they had a good meal. Ambiance was nice outside however beach side would have been even better. Server was very friendly and there was live music which enhanced the experience.

    Food was very good, but took a long time. The restaurant was not busy, so this should not have happened. Our server was very good and apologetic about the delay with the food. A nice table by the pool with a view of the beach.
