We had a great experience for our birthday dinner. They accommodated us to a wheelchair accessible table for my father making it a comfortable night. Our server, Stephon, was excellent. He was polite, patient, and friendly. Our meals from drinks, appetizers, main course, and dessert were delicious and served exactly like they were ordered. It was an overall great dining experience

We were early, expected to wait a little bit but we were seated within 5mins. Everything was prompt& we were checked on several times to be sure all going well. Great place, service & food

The bartenders are the best around. While the food is always on point it is the level of service that truly enhance your dining experience.

The food was great, the ambience was nice, and the service was awesome. The waiter was really attentive and helpful answering questions, providing detailed explanations of the specials on the menu, always checking in, etc.

We met up with friends we haven’t seen in a while and had a great experience. Our server was very attentive and gave recommendations when we had trouble deciding on each course. She gave input on spice levels and asked good questions to help us make the right choices. The ladies both had the cucumber mint lemonade (mocktail) and raved about it. Not too sweet, not too sour, and very refreshing. Appetizers included calamari and tortilla soup. The calamari is tender and is served with peppers and a really tasty dipping sauce. Three of us had steak - all perfectly cooked. One in our party raved about his rack of ribs. Wife and I always get the creamed corn with bacon. It is our favorite side dish. One of our friends swears by the mushrooms. We opted for the chocolate cake with raspberry ice cream. The cake has the perfect amount of sweetness. It isn’t too sweet or too rich. I ate most of it. Wife polished off the ice cream. It’s creamy and delicious! Our friends had the crème brûlée and enjoyed every bite. The service and food here are consistently top notch. I Gilbert’s became a favorite after our first meal here. We bring others here and also buy gift cards for our family and friends because we know they will enjoy it.

Went to J. Gilbert's to celebrate our anniversary. We were greeted with congratulations from several staff members. We were seated at a table decorated with hearts and we sat in front of the fireplace. It was beautiful. The food, drinks and service made for a perfect evening. We picked the perfect place!

Our only negative is the cost point…. $450 for four peoples dinner without desert! Too much for our taste
