1896年、魚介類売り場の経営者ジョセフ・シーキーはセント・マーチンズコートに初めてオイスターバーを開きました。レストランは1998年にかつての栄光ある姿に改装され、20世紀の俳優の生写真が飾られた4室のコネクティングルームが、演劇業界でレストランが果たす中心的な役割を物語っています。非の打ち所のない素材を完璧に調理したシーフードを求め、役者と観客の両方が当店を訪れます。

事前に日本人であること、英語が上手くない事をメッセージで伝えていたところ、日本語が話せるスタッフ（確か名前はソリナさん）がお迎え、対応してくれました！凄く丁寧な接客に満足な事はもちろん、食事も大変美味しくて、イギリス滞在中で1番楽しい食事でした！下記の3つは頼んだ方がいいメニューだと思います！（2人でも食べきれました） J. Sheekey of SHELLFISH PLATTERS, Pan Fried Fillet of Halibut from MAIN COURSES, J. Sheekey's Fish Pie 特に海鮮が最高に美味しくて、貝と白ワインが最高にマッチしていました！白ワインもソリナさんが好みをヒアリングしてくれて提案してくれたので、とても美味しかったです！私たちは上記に加え、サイドメニューとデザートを注文しています。参考になりますように。是非是非皆さんも食べに行ってみてください！！！

I lovely dinner before the theatre with friends. Great selection of fish and seafood dishes. Strong wine list. Great service. Will be back

Dined at the bar which was a good ambiance but the service was lacking ; had to keep asking for drinks , serve the water etc despite servers chatting in the corner. Food was good.

We love this restaurant but the service was lacking this evening. No plates, wrong cutlery and empty glasses. We didn’t pay the service and the manager was very gracious. Real shame as it was a rare evening off for us with grandparents babysitting.
