Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.

In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration.

But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

    Waitress was very good! Fast and friendly service. Music too loud; difficult to converse. Food was just OK; extremely overpriced. Will not be rushing back

    It was really good. You know what you are getting yourself into when dining at Jack Astors. We had, the blue buffalo sandwhich, the crispy chicken sandwhich, Asiago chicken bow ties, and chicken strips. Al the food was fresh, hot and really flavourful. 4 birthdays while we were there so of course really loud and busy but that’s what you get with JA’s

    It was awesome! The staff is great. Food was great. Had to wait 20 minutes to get seated but got free nachos for the wait which were awesome! Great experience!

    We were a party of 5 coworkers celebrating our CFO's bday at lunch time. We were given a nice secluded corner booth that was the perfect size for all of us and our bday supplies! Our server Alanah(sp?) was the perfect hostess and continually checked in on us, so we were well taken of. Drinks were served immediately and after 10 mins of deciding what to have, our lunch arrived approx 20 mins later. All plates at once and all food hot and delicious! Between us we had the chicken fingers w truffle fries, lobster and crab dip and salads (garden, caeser and chicken caesar) and there was not one complaint. No one had room desert but the bday boy took his free desert home with him. Restaurant was not noisy - we were the noisy ones, but hey, what's a little laughter among friends! Bathroom was clean but toilet starting flushing while I (female) was still seated! That was a little unexpected! All in all, it was a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

    Our waitress wasn’t amazing. She had to get us to repeat several things. She forgot to put in my drink and I had to ask for it after I saw other tables getting their drinks. The garlic pan bread was good. Lots of sauce on the bottom and my Asiago bow ties were pretty good which was the reason why we came as I had a craving. My son has the mushroom burger and the double patties were dry and hard. Loaded smashed potatoes were filled with white onions and hardly any potatoes. The menus stated green onions not long thick white onions and I would have said no onions at all had I known. I know prices are going up and food quality amounts going down and try not to compare jack astors to 20 years ago when they first opened here but we paid too much for little food quality.

    I know I'm being a little snobbish by giving 4 stars for Service though in the past when ordering pasta they would usually ask if you wanted fresh pepper and parmesan. When I asked for fresh pepper the older man that brought my pasta seemed confused . I had to explain I wanted the pepper mill for fresh pepper. He then brought it over left it on the table. I didn't bother asking for the fresh parm. It's the little things that I used to appreciate with Jack Astors. I guess they don't offer this service anymore.

    After taking the time to make reservations, and after Jack Astor calling, and confirming when I got to the restaurant, they could not find my reservation. I wanted to ensure had a table. I figured it would be a busy place to die. I was disappointed that after making the effort that they could not find my reservation.
