Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications. Its full bar has a unique menu that includes margaritas, tequila, wine and more. Please call the restaurant for reservations .

    Madison was the best server! She was so helpful. Also the food was fantastic. Drinks were incredibly expensive but delicious.

    My favorite place! The shrimp rajas is amazing and the enchiladas trio is their signature dish….. great service and always a 10 out of 10.

    As always, the food is outstanding! Very delicious, high quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. We made reservations online last week. When we arrived at the restaurant, one of the girls at the reservation desk was a bit not very nice, pushed the 2 hour limit sign in our face We didn’t intend to be there that long as we had concert tickets. There was no reason for her to be snooty and condescending to us. This is not our first time to Javier’s. We love their food and the attentive wait staff.

    Excellent food. The lobster enchilada and tres leche cake were fantastic!! The chips and salsa was also great, hard to it fill up on them before the meal. Everyone in our party loved their meals. The service was great and everyone we came in contact with as far as staff were friendly. Can’t go wrong here.

    My partner and I enjoyed dinner at Javier's to relish in some authentic Mexican cuisine. The Guayaba Margarita was so delish! We both also enjoyed the Steak Quesadillas as our appetizer. For our main course, I enjoyed the Javier's Chopped Salad w/ Shrimp, and he enjoyed his Mole Poblano. Highly recommended a dinner at this place!
