   We were seated in a booth at first but was not comfortable for us. We were moved to a table which was more comfortable. Sam was our server (I had requested Sam if he was available) and was awesome. Our meals were great and we brought home left overs too. Tonight we celebrated my birthday and we had an awesome time. Thank you for awesome meals and a great birthday.

   Extremely noisy. We shared a white sweet potato side which we never had before and was very good. We each had the filet asking it to be cooked medium rare. Mine was perfect, hers' was medium. Steak was tender but had dry texture once starting to chew it. Very disappointing for the price. Vegetables that came with the dinner were OK.

   Noisy nosiy our guests hard to turn their hearing aids off, so no conversation at our table. Tables so close together

   We have been going to Katherines for five years and this is the first time I have been disappointed. Service as always was stellar. The crabcake appetizer was wonderful, loved the salsa on top that complemented the sauce. We had the trio special. The salmon was perfectly cooked, the scallops were almost raw and the shrimp over done and rubbery. Very disappointing. We will try again during the middle of the week when it is not so crowded, and hope for better results.

   Everyone was sweet and kind and took great care with all guests. However I cannot say the same for the hotel. Our room was only ok. The bathroom shower/tub had a leak so there was a constant drip. Had to call because toilet was broken and the maintenance people/person left dirty greasy fingerprints and marks on toilet seat and lid and sides we took pictures. … so we had to clean it. The front desk lady was very rude to us when we asked if we could get a later check out and she was not the one helping us. When we did check out we went to a different lady. Because she was so rude. We were terribly disappointed in that treatment. We spent a lot of money at this hotel. And our room was a lot the bartenders were great. The choice of breakfast available was awful and limited. So given that. Not sure we’d make a trip up there again. So Sad and disappointed. Please share this with the hotel management. Katherine’s made the whole trip worth it. And the Spa. Front desk lady blond lady needs a guest service training. And how to talk to guests. We were so nice and polite and never said anything to her but definitely wanted to. Trying to keep negative energy to a minimum. We had plenty from her.

   We have eaten here a few times the service and food is always good. Three of us had 16 ounce steak and one person had seafood diablo. Three of us had french onion soup. Did not have any dessert we were all full.

    The food was great. Service was very good until desert time. We ordered the cafe diablo for my wife and I, which is the one thing we both were looking forward to having, Service broke down at that point. After 10-15 minutes, the cart for the cafe diablo was rolled to our table, where it sat for another 10 minutes. By the time the server came around to prepare the drink, we canceled it as the moment had passed. Everything was good up to then. It only takes one mistake to ruin an otherwise great experience.
