2025年3月17日〜2025年4月14日Cherry Blossom Omakase Bar Takeover at Kingbird This spring, Kingbird Bar at The Watergate Hotel presents an exclusive 10-seat omakase experience with Michelin-starred Chef Masaaki “Uchi” Uchino of Kiyomi. For five Mondays only—March 17, 24, 31 & April 7, 14—Chef Uchino crafts a 15-course culinary journey, blending Japanese tradition with global influences, culminating in a decadent dessert. Each bite is a testament to precision and artistry. Two seatings are available each evening at 6 PM & 8 PM, priced at $130 per person + 10% DC tax. With only 10 seats per seating, reservations are essential. Secure your spot now on OpenTable and experience an unforgettable Omakase celebration of Cherry Blossom season. Cancellation made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit the total menu cost per person on reservations.
