   スキー場のレストランがほぼ閉まっていたので、こちらまで来ました。雰囲気は日本風で落ち着いていました。量がとても多くて、味も美味しかったです。

   This is, by far, one of the best Japanese restaurants in the SLC area. The sashimi and sushi items are superbly fresh and expertly prepared. It is so fortunate to have a Japanese-trained sushi chef. Her expertise shows! The staff is friendly and courteous and all the dishes we have tried thus far have been excellent. This is, in my opinion, one the great “old school” style of Japanese restaurants that are harder and harder to find and is a blessing to have in our area. You will not be disappointed by Kyoto.

    Our food was amazing as always! Our server Sean was outstanding! He was fast knowledgeable and took great care of us. The steak and salmon melted in your mouth. The teriyaki chicken and spare ribs were cooked perfectly. A must-have is the gyozas and tatsuta age chicken appetizer. They are a classic and some of the best things to eat there. We have been coming to Kyoto since the early 90s, and it was amazing then, and still amazing now...
