   This is one of my most favorite restaurants. It’s always delicious. My granddaughter loves to go to this restaurant so I can never imagine going there without her wonderful staff wonderful food.

   As always, our dining experience was superb. The atmosphere, the service, and the food are all exceptional. This restaurant is a special place that makes all diners feel special. I definitely recommend it for any milestone, anniversary, or other big event. Don’t miss this great French restaurant in the heart of Boca!

   Wow, La Nouvelle Maison delivered an absolutely phenomenal meal and experience from start to finish. The truly great restaurants are able to wow with every bite and this was one of those (rare!) times where not a beat was missed. Bread - warm, fresh baked and delicious Escargot- garlicky perfection Foie Gras - a perfect combination and execution between the brioche healthy portion of foie gras and sweetness from the pineapple Lobster bisque - one of, if not the best we have ever had. Great for dipping with the bread Fettucini Au Homard - the biggest WOW of the night. Tons if lobster in an incredibly flavorful and perfect creamy red sauce Dover sole- well executed light end given all of the other food that was had Service from Todd was excellent. Incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Have been to top restaurants in ny, vegas, paris, italy etc and based upon this experience i would be just as happy to come back here as i would be to any of those.

   We were warmly welcomed by Vergina’s the GM and seated at a great table. The food was excellent and the service by the entire staff was extraordinary. Our server Adam despite being extremely busy was highly attentive and provided outstanding friendly service. We always enjoy dining experience when we are in Boca .

   This was our first experience and it was outstanding! With so many wonderful restaurants in the Boca area, it’s hard to imagine it could get even better! Todd was our server and he was knowledgeable, personable, and went the extra mile and even did a plate sharing for us, amazing. Our mail was perfectly done. Definitely will be back!

    A near perfect dining experience. Easy to make reservations, convenient and efficient valet parking. A warm personal greeting upon our arrival, immediate seating, then our server Todd, was superb, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, informative all with a most professional attitude. The Bride got the seared scallops for and appetizer and I got pate. Perfectly seared moist scallops a generous portion of pate. I went with the Dover Sole, da Bride with Snapper. Spectacular. Tasted like both were swimming that morning.A Pistachio Soufflé with steaming hot coffee. A wonderful night, worth every penny.
