"La vera cucina Italiana!" (The real Italian cuisine!) La Volpe Ristorante has that true, family touch and meticulous attention to detail that is not found in corporate restaurants. Located on eastern Long Island in Center Moriches, La Volpe is a year-round destination for a fantastic culinary adventure that is a perfect balance of quality and value.

Executive Chef Franco Volpe and his mother Maria Teresa carefully compiled a Mediterranean-inspired menu that combines Franco's creative contemporary style and Maria Teresa's traditional family recipes. The eclectic menu is filled with fresh seafood, all-natural steaks and chicken, hearty pastas, home-style soups and light, tasty salads. La Volpe Ristorante also boasts an unparalleled award winning wine list with something for everyone.

Not to be outdone, Anton Pizzeria, next door, serves the finest wood-burning brick oven pizza and specialty pies outside of Italy, plus world class catering.

    Perfection in all areas. The delicious food, the excellent service and the beautiful atmosphere transfers you to Italy. I highly recommend La Color to all food lovers. Bon appetite!

    The food was absolutely delicious.! They took so much pride and care in the food they serve. It worth a try there food. You won't be disappointed. Fresh and very authentic food. Owners are very caring and special to ther customers too.
