This was our first time and we will definitely be back. We arrived early on Valentine's Day and expected that we would start at the bar. Surprisingly we got a table almost immediately. Our waitress Sara was absolutely exceptional and helped with all aspects of our meal. Everything from our cocktails to the tiramisu was so yummy. The calamari was very good. Our salads with the white French dressing was delicious. I had veal parm and my wife had veal Marsala and they were great. Large portions so can't wait for leftovers Just a wonderful experience with a real good bottle of Barolo

An amazing restaurant experience at Blue Door starts the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with soft lighting and elegant decor that makes you feel both comfortable and special. The staff greets you with genuine smiles, making you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. The menu is carefully curated, offering a mix of fresh, seasonal ingredients and expertly crafted dishes. Whether you choose a perfectly cooked steak, a delicate seafood dish, or a flavorful vegetarian option, every bite is packed with rich, balanced flavors. The presentation is also stunning—plates arrive looking like works of art, making the experience even more exciting. Service is seamless and attentive without being intrusive. The waitstaff is knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and pairing suggestions. They check in at just the right moments, ensuring your drinks are always refilled and that you have everything you need.

The only complaints are table location and music volume. Table had to be moved around to allow room (husband is over 6’) and we couldn’t hear each other talk due to music. Staff turned it down so was much better. Food phenomenal, server attentive but not over bearing and friendly. The portions were large, so plenty to go home with as well. And the donut dessert - words can’t explain how good and HUGE! Enough for six. To level up drinks like old fashions think of Investing in ice balls. Will definitely come back as it was amazing!

Overall, very good – we’ve been to your restaurant a handful of times and always enjoy it. Food is quite expensive, but understandable. My ribeye could have been more tender. We ate at a bar table and found the ambience to be very enjoyable. Finally service was impeccable. Please reward your staff accordingly.

We had a nice birthday/Valentine’s day dinner! I had the cashew crusted chicken breasts with fresh green beans and a wonderful house salad, with dried cranberries, goat cheese and sliced almonds on a bed of mixed greens. It all was delicious! The green beans were cooked to perfection and the chicken was so tender! My husband had a seafood medley and our guests had walleye and a grilled chicken salad. We were all happy about the experience. Our waitress was great too!
