This multi-dimensional chef first studied the art of classical French cuisine under Richard Bastien at Lemeac. He then focused his attention on perfecting his Italian culinary skills at Beatrice. A family owned business since 1971, Restaurant Di Menna was asimple pizzeria offering delivery service and takeout. The popularity ofthe pizza place was undeniable, and founder Franco Di Mennadecided to expand his business next door: the pizzeria now had adining room. Evolving in the tasteful world of Italian cuisine, Franco DiMenna kept trying new recipes and creating delicious meals. In 1988,the restaurant went under major renovations to match its high qualitymenu. Already mixing fine dining and takeout, Restaurant Di Mennaintroduced frozen ‘oven ready’ meals and fresh sauces in 2005. Fast forwardto 2016, the dining room was completely renovated and a sit-downbar serving specialty cocktails and Italian beers was added.

J’ai passé une excellente soirée, j’étais assise au bar et on peut voir les cuisiniers travailler. Tout ce que j’ai mangé était savoureux et bien exécuté. J’ai demandé un accord met vin et le vin aussi était délicieux à chacun de mes services. Je le conseille à tous les gastronomes. Bravo à toute l’équipe!
