Authentic Japanese Ramen Noodles. Tonkotsu Ramen, Tori Ramen. Menbow Ramen Group offers authentic Japanese ramen and currently has locations on Vancouver Island and mainland British Columbia, Canada. We use a majority of our key ingredients directly imported from Japan, and our chefs also hail from Japan. We take pride in being one of the few restaurants that offer Chicken (Clear) broth and Pork bone (creamy) broth, along with various flavors such as Shio (salt), Shoyu (soy sauce), Miso (soybean paste), Spicy Miso Flavor, and Tomato Ramen (Vegetarian).
