We had an early dinner reservation (4:00pm). Restaurant was quiet and very friendly. We had Salmon main which was fantastic. We tried the cake and the affogato deserts. Both were top notch. The space is beautiful and well kept. No complaints.

Considering that in many restaurants the often "associated chaos" on special days like Valentine's Day, the team at Boxer were incredible. Ambience in the newly opened "street space" was very nice, intimate for those that wanted more privacy and the hostess was most accommodating in finding the right table for us. With a set menu that offered three interesting and as it turns out, very tasty choices in appetizers, mains and desserts, we were very pleased at promptness of service, food presentation and delivery and of course the quality of food and excellent taste. A great venue for special occasions and for regular dining and highly recommended when dining in the Old Strathcona area of Edmonton.

Delicious food and always great service! The set Valentine’s Day menu was super tasty, but I do wish they gave slightly bigger portions of a couple of the dishes. Could’ve done with just a touch more pasta and arancini—overall didn’t leave hungry, but did still have room for a bit more. Chicken parm, strozzapreti, and grilled zucchini were fab!

Courtney was absolutely fantastic! The wine pairings with the food was mouth watering & nothing short of excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant!
