Our party dined on a Thursday evening, Italian theme at a buffet service bar. The website says service here is “family style” However, I define family style as your table orders a dish that gets shared by the people in my party. To add clarity, this restaurant is self serve at a walk up buffet. There was a “chef” preparing made to order pasta dishes at their carving station. Other dishes were presented in chafing dishes. Selection was good, many unexpected but elevated dish options. Everything was hot and tasty. Dessert bar had many delicious options and was beautifully presented. The “price fixe per person” made splitting our group bill easy. Our server, Rachel, was friendly and very attentive to our table. She replaced/refilled drinks & cleared used dishes promptly.

Great dinner with my family at Ember and Elm. Food was excellent, and our server Blakelyn took great care of us. Really appreciated him (and all the staff) making sure my daughter's allergy was taken care of. Meal was a bit on the pricey side, but it's a theme park, that's to be expected.
