Fabulous! From the food, ambiance, and service - all excellent. One of the most beautiful restaurants truly. The only suggestion I’d make is having someone who can share on the wines. Adding a sommelier would be a great addition to what is already a fantastic restaurant!

This was our first time to The Iguana, and it was absolutely incredible from the time we walked into the door to our lovely hostess, the view, the atmosphere, and our amazing server, Aldo. With Aldo’s incredible suggestions we enjoyed the squash blossoms, the pumpkin soup (mind blowing), the local fish and the Angus fillet. Thank you for giving us an amazing evening and looking forward to seeing you guys next year. 

Had the seafood risotto was fantastic a tiny bit salty and I could’ve returned it, but the flavours were absolutely amazing and in the end, ate it all the gluten-free fresh bread was the best I’ve ever had.

La Palapa is hands-down our favorite dining spot in Puerto Vallarta. It’s the perfect place to catch a sunset, with stunning ocean views and an ambiance that strikes just the right balance between relaxed and elegant. The service here is consistently good—friendly, attentive, and warm without being overbearing. It’s clear the staff takes pride in creating a welcoming experience. The food is fun and approachable, offering a mix of flavors that never feels pretentious. Whether it’s a fresh seafood dish or a creative cocktail, everything is thoughtfully prepared and delicious. We make it a point to dine at La Palapa both at the beginning and end of every trip, and it never disappoints. It’s more than a meal; it’s part of the Puerto Vallarta experience.

It was all I was hoping for - a sublime meal in a romantic setting overlooking one of the prettiest views I’ve ever seen! The father and son who own and host this lighthouse restaurant greeted us warmly and gave us just the right amount of attention and perfect service. We chose one of the “sampler” plates so we could share seafood and beef and other complementary sides. We don’t drink alcohol so we got delicious “mocktails” - very pretty. For dessert they prepared a crepe in orange sauce with ice cream right at our table to top off our meal in style! Lovely experience. We were delighted we had chosen El Faro for my birthday dinner.
