El Anafre Rojo is a traditional Mexican restaurant. While the kitchen staff here strives to understand and present the authentic dishes of Mexican heritage, they also look to reinvent and reinterpret classic recipes whenever possible to take Mexican cuisine in new directions. El Anafre Rojo serves breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. Breakfast options are mostly made of egg scrambles and omelets like the omelet populano with poblano chile rajas, mushrooms and elote beans covered in poblano sauce, asadero cheese and cream. Dinner options include chalupas, poblanas and fish ceviche with pico de gallo and haba�ero chile.
