Food and joy are intimately connected here at Hillholm Estate, our 1895 Gilded Age mansion tucked among Maine's High Peaks. We strive to craft a culinary experience in mindfulness for you: slow down to savor every bite. We emphasize seasonal, local ingredients procured from small Maine growers and farmers. Our offerings change weekly, sometimes nightly. We offer a single prix fixe tasting menu with five courses. Our menus reflect Chef JennyBess Chaim's travels across the globe and varied ethnic backgrounds, ranging from Nordic traditions to Middle Eastern comfort food. We welcome you to a single nightly seating at 7:00 p.m., by prior reservation only. Some of our tables are private; some share space with other diners. Our Lounge rejuvenates Prohibition novelties with shrubs from Precessional Apothecary, house-made bitters, syrups, infusions, and homemade aquavit. Stick-to-your-bones bar snacks are available in the Lounge.

Welcome to The Tarratine. We focus on providing an elegant yet approachable experience for our community. Created with skill and passion, the menu features an exciting array of seafood, streak, brunch foods, and signature items from our Executive Chef and his culinary team. This is within our historic gentlemen's social club, built-in 1907. Our spacious venue allows for individual experiences in various spaces, including our rooftop terrace. The Tarratine provides a variety of spirits, cocktails, local brews on tap, and an approachable wine list. Parties of 12 - 18 guests will be offered a reduced restaurant menu.Parties with 19+ guests, please call us at 207-992-4090, and someone will love to talk to you about your special night.We allow you to bring in a cake from state-licensed bakeries; a $5 per person cutting fee will be added to the final bill.Due to the historic nature of the building, our upper levels are not handicap accessible.

Novio’s offers a full service bar that showcases an elegant yet approachable wine list, craft beers, and signature cocktails and an extensive scotch & bourbon list.     The restaurant was amazing. The ambiance was perfect for nice date night. The service was amazing. The added features on the 2nd and 3rd floor of games is fun. The food was very good. We started with calamari which was good then I had the steak and my husband had the lobster seafood sausage stew. I think the steak was good but the calamari and the stew were excellent.
