This is our second time and we have been extremely pleased both times. The food is really great. It’s fresh and prepared really good. The flatbreads are a huge hit and the minis end the meal the way one would want.

Little Betty Steak Bar was delicious! We enjoyed our dinner very much! We were a group of five and we enjoyed the rosemary focaccia and the crudo special as our appetizer. They were both delicious! Then for our second course we are Caesar salad- which Little Betty’s is truly delicious, the lemon adds the best touch! We also got a wild mushroom risotto that was great! For our main dinner, the five of us split the 36oz tomahawk steak, a wagyu filet, and the swordfish special- all of them were truly fantastic, but my favorite was the filet. For sides we tried the spaghetti, which was a surprise favorite of mine, the Brussels sprouts and broccolini. We tried all of the desserts and the cheesecake was the favorite! We also enjoyed our drinks! Chris was our server and he was great!

I made reservations because it was the day after Valentine’s Day. I was able to get a reservation in the afternoon and they actually seated us earlier. Callie with our server and she was extremely attentive and gave good recommendations. The truffle bread with butter is what we started off with, and that was delicious. I got a glass of the Moscato d’asti and that was very tasty. I got the Bolognese which I had not had before and it was very good. I would definitely get it again. I also got an espresso martini, which was just the perfect strength. It didn’t taste like a lot of alcohol like some of them do. I got the donuts, but they were a little dry. I don’t think I’ll get them again. My date had the tiramisu which was very delicious. I’ve never had a bad meal here and I’ll definitely be returning again.

Our appetizer dinners were delicious. Our server, Carlos, was excellent, attentive without being intrusive. The staff even called to offer us a table that became available, which was more comfortable than the bar. We took the opening at the bar, but asked for a change if a table became available. Bistro V is consistently good.

We eat here frequently and are always very pleased. They are always fully booked, but I’ve never once had to wait past my reservation time. They handle the flow beautifully. Food is excellent and service always great. We sat outside on patio last night (February) and were toasty warm all evening. All around GREAT job.
