Lavagnaは1999年2月1日にオープンしました。レストランでは手頃の価格でカジュアルなイタリアのトラットリア料理を提供しています。薪焼きの古いオーブン、レンガ壁、プレスドティンの天井を用いた店内は、キャンドルが灯されて居心地の良い雰囲気に包まれています。小さなワインバーでも食事が可能です。フレンチドアから、暖かい季節は20席のサイドウォークカフェに出られます。 キッチンは、新鮮な季節の食材と最高品質の農産物を重視して、伝統的なイタリア料理を作ることをコンセプトにしています。 看板メニューには自家製パスタ、薪焼きオーブンで焼かれた魚料理（2名分）、ローストポークチョップ、子羊のあばら肉があり、リガトーニのスイート＆スパイシーソーセージ添えは一年中、人気料理となっています。 ワインリストは2002年以来ワイン・スペクテイター・アワードのエクセレンス賞を受賞しており、イタリアの地方の入手が困難なワインや各国産のワインを取り揃えています。

The marriage of these two culinary cultures is reflected in our menu, which includes small plates like Crying Tiger Gyoza and Thai Larb Tuna as well as larger dishes like 11 Tigers Tom Yum Ramen—tonkatsu ramen with jumbo prawn—and Black Panther Curry, squid ink fettuccine in makrut lime scented Thai Panang curry topped with seared ribeye steak.
