I went for a solo birthday celebration and to enjoy my favorite dish - crab fried rice with a side of the crab stuffed shrimp. It was delicious as usual! The bartenders were kind and attentive, despite the bar being busy. As always, a great experience at Eddie Vs.

The lunch experience was phenomenal. We’ve only been to the dinner experience which is also lovely, but this felt far less busy and was very nice to not drive Charlotte traffic after dark. Service was exquisite as always, and the food was divine. Everything is spectacular - we will be returning for the lunch service as long as they continue to offer it. We love Chima!

We decided to do Valentines a day later since we had to work on actual Valentine’s Day. We booked for a 4:30 reservation (the latest they had until 8pm. Which was totally fine. We arrived at 4:20 and had our car valeted since there isn’t street parking. Walked in, were greeted right away- seated and within two minutes our server greeted us with water. He took our cocktail order then told us about their Rendezvous for Two deal, which included an appetizer, two entrees, and a dessert for $55. Our drinks arrived quickly and the app followed within a couple of minutes. We did the Pimento Cheese Dip which was great. Then I had the Shrimp and Grits and my wife did the Salmon with Creamy Quinoa. Both portions were great (so much so that I couldn’t finish all mine). We got our dessert to go since we were both stuffed from the large portions. We got the Pecan Pie and oh my goodness it was delicious. Our server was great and super helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This was out second time visiting and we were NOT disappointed! First, commendable professionalism at the entrance and throughout service! 👏🏽 We had the fried green tomatoes and crab cakes for appetizers; my wife ordered the blackened salmon for her entree, with mac n cheese, and I tried the fish and grits. 🤤 Portions are always giving, and food was amazing!! 🤩 Music was just a bit loud and at times, hard to talk over. “However Comma” - the curated playlist gave us all the vibes, so we weren’t mad at all. 🎶 Service was absolutely on point (thank you Calissa!)! 🙏🏽 Definitely recommend! 🙌🏽

Friday late lunch is a favorite way to start the weekend and it did not disappoint for Valentines Day. Capital cosmos and local beer to start our dining followed by onion soup and steaks - perfection. Dessert was yummy coconut pie to share. Mario our server was attentive and on point. Parking behind Dunhill garage makes this a super easy trip to Uptown.
