Ok, we do chicken, but our chicken is famous!Our local free-to-roam chicken is marinated for 24 hours in lemon, buttermilk, and paprika. It is then dry-rubbed, cooked and blast-chilled to keep it juicy and finally roasted on the spit. Ribs and wings are also available, as are a choice of sides and homemade desserts. Absolutely the best Beef Wellington I’ve ever had ! Lovely service, lovely atmosphere and fantastic food. Only tiny negative is that it was a little on the chilly side but it was a wet Thursday night so probably not as busy as usual

An outstanding meal with professional, attentive and courteous staff. The food was delicious with quality ingredients, presentation and thought into each course. The best fine dining restaurant in Ireland. It is such a shame Blank are having to rebrand but I have no doubt the bistro restaurant will be of the same standard. Blank you will be sorely missed.
