- OTOpenTable Dinerロンドン •1件の口コミ4.02024年6月15日にご来店Ehab, the manager of loft, in order to assuage concerns about the long 8 minutes wait standing for our table which was booked for 9:30pm because two girls were sitting there taking selfies after they had paid instead of handing over the table, lied and made us sit on another table next to it claiming it’s our table then later on moved us to the actual table when the girls left. He could have simply said that we can sit on the table next to it waiting instead of lying. We are not abrasive and were speaking respectfully. Later on I could see him and read his lips asking our waiter Wael to come to us and ask if the table reservations number were still 10 because our guests were late. In the end 4 people out of 10 did not show up because 2 were late at their family dinner since we wanted to leave by 11:15pm, and a couple were stuck at home tending to their sick toddler.
