Don Cheech is an Italian American Restaurant created by Executive Chef Massimo Felici. He got inspired by his old neighborhood, the old school NYC Little Italy (Mulberry Street) Cuisine where exceptionally well-prepared food was served in an elegant comfortable setting. The Food resembles that same history, Chef Massimo Felici takes his culinary expertise and apply it to this new venture taking cues from the great talents and techniques of the present and the future. Traditional dishes like Stuffed Long Hots, Seafood salad, Linguine Vongola, Chicken Parmigiana and Scarpariello and Steak Diane, elevated to a new level. Elegant Tablecloth settings, burgundy booths, Chandeliers and mirrors a large bar and a glass wine room gives Don Cheech that Old School-Elegant atmosphere.

Campania Coal Fired Pizza specializes in exactly what its name implies: delicious pizza cooked in a coal oven to produce a unique smoky texture to the crust and toppings. This special method of cooking pizza imparts certain flavors that simply can't be replicated by using a wood burning stove or other method of heating. Diners simply need to taste for themselves the difference Campania's incredibly hot coal-fired grill makes Campania's pizza menu comes with a build-your-own pizza option as well as several signature house recipes. Some of the delicious pizzas diners can try out are the Margherita, Buffalo Chicken and the Calabrese with tomato sauce, hot soppressata, mozzarella, pecorino romano and basil.     We came to Don Cheech for the first time as new Staten Islanders who tend to gravitate towards Brooklyn celebrating a very momentous occasion in our life (being cancer free!), and everything from the food to the service did not disappoint. Stephanie is an actual gem - I called prior to our reservation to ask for a dessert request with writing, and she was so gracious and heartfelt over why we were celebrating over dinner. She connected with us the whole time, checked up on how we were doing constantly, all while chef Massimo prepared for us the most amazing meal. The ambiance was fantastic - a quiet Thursday night with a great week day special if you’re looking for that - it was the best all around. We can’t wait to be regulars here!!!

    What a great experience! Beautiful space, really welcoming staff and the food was amazing. I strongly recommend the lobster rolls. They were literally make your mouth water just thinking about them the next day. Drinks were great. Above all, the staff is really well trained. Everyone is approachable and friendly. Extra shout out to Zach and John for recognizing us from Violette's!

    Went to celebrate a birthday. I love the whole vibe of the restaurant. All our cocktails were delicious. We ordered a few appetizers, including the flatbread, which were amazing. All our entrées were delicious. The service was terrific. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful and never did we feel rushed? I would highly recommend, this restaurant to anyone

    I had an incredible time at this spot! The drinks were phenomenal—my tequila on the rocks was perfectly balanced, and my cousin thoroughly enjoyed the rum. We started with the pineapple guacamole and street corn (with cheese on the side), both of which were bursting with flavor. Our entrées were exceptional, prepared with care and presented beautifully. To top it off, the dessert was absolutely perfect—a sweet end to an already fantastic meal. The waitress was attentive and efficient, and the service overall was exceptional. Highly recommend this place for a great dining experience!
