Whitstran Brewing is a restaurant and brewery located in Prosser, Washington. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner seven days a week and specializes in serving American-style bar food. The menu at Whitstran Brewing features an array of appetizers, soup and salad, burgers and sandwiches. Appetizers served at the restaurant include beer-battered pickles, sweet potato fries, onion rings, beer-battered mushrooms and chicken wings. Burgers and sandwiches featured at Whitstran Brewing include classic burger, pulled pork sandwich, chicken bacon guacamole sandwich and Swiss burger. The brewery also offers a selection of premium original ales including highlander Scottish-style ale, steamy California common ale and 11th Hour pale ale.

Wine O�Clock also advertises new dishes every week especially inspired by the chef. A popular choice on the lighter side of things is the asparagus. This is fresh cut from a nearby farm and then fire roasted with a blend of herbs. For a romantic dinner for two at Wine O�Clock, the chef�s choice antipasto platter comes complete with cheese, olives, vegetables, and some meat. That, along with your favorite glass of wine, makes for a complete meal on its own.

Paired with the unique and delicious wines of J Bell Cellars, our chef brings you masterfully created dishes with Northwest flare, with a menu that rotates often (weekly) according to the whims of our culinary team. We only offer tastings on Thursday and Friday, no food other than charcuterie is available.
