Our 3rd time eating here and it was all 10 out of 10 everything was excellent... staff were very professional and friendly... food absolutely delicious 😋 and we are planning a night with family to have a night here before Christmas.... highly recommended 👌

Great experience, no complaints Service was very quick and polite

This was not our first time at the Herbert Restaurant but it has been a couple of years and it did not disappoint. We had very high expectations after our last visit and this time was even better, if that's possible. All courses were superb. I have eaten in Michelin star restaurants and this experience was as good if not better than some. I had the rabbit to start and duck for main course, followed by the raspberry and white chocolate dessert. Each course including aperitif were sublime. The duck particularly was beautifully cooked and the best I have ever had. My husband had the scallops and stonefish and was extremely impressed.

Great cooking though I wonder about the virtue of mixing delicious sauces together when sharing plates. A pleasure to be served by trained staff as opposed to students on a part-time job. My only gripe is the ambience of the dining room. Tables a little small and how about something warm like a rug on the floor.
