Michelin Star Chef Josh Laurano's menu focuses on modern interpretations of familiar Italian flavors, house made pastas, focaccia & secondi. We pride ourselves on seasonality, using local ingredients, and allowing them to be the soul of the menu - Materia Prima. If you do not see your desired time or party size please check RESY or call the restaurant directly . We do not put all tables online to allow for phone reservations and walk in's. Please include all guests in your party including those who may be in strollers or high chairs. While we love to celebrate life's special occasions with you, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing balloons into our dining rooms.We try our best to accomodate all requests and preferences, however tables located along the window are seated on a first come first served basis.

Don Cheech is an Italian American Restaurant created by Executive Chef Massimo Felici. He got inspired by his old neighborhood, the old school NYC Little Italy (Mulberry Street) Cuisine where exceptionally well-prepared food was served in an elegant comfortable setting. The Food resembles that same history, Chef Massimo Felici takes his culinary expertise and apply it to this new venture taking cues from the great talents and techniques of the present and the future. Traditional dishes like Stuffed Long Hots, Seafood salad, Linguine Vongola, Chicken Parmigiana and Scarpariello and Steak Diane, elevated to a new level. Elegant Tablecloth settings, burgundy booths, Chandeliers and mirrors a large bar and a glass wine room gives Don Cheech that Old School-Elegant atmosphere.

Cafe Luna is an Italian restaurant focusing on fun and fine seafood. The inside of the restaurant is equal parts refined and whimsical, with subtle ocean-inspired nods. Blue and green accents throughout the restaurant evoke the water and Cafe Luna prominently features all of its seafood dishes. Cafe Luna has an extensive pizza menu made in the classic Nepolitan style. There are plenty of varieties like the magherita, napoletana and caper and olive oil, to name a few. Diners simply need to taste for themselves the difference Campania's incredibly hot coal-fired grill makes Campania's pizza menu comes with a build-your-own pizza option as well as several signature house recipes. Some of the delicious pizzas diners can try out are the Margherita, Buffalo Chicken and the Calabrese with tomato sauce, hot soppressata, mozzarella, pecorino romano and basil.     Wonderful food, service and ambience as always. I only gave a four-star overall rating because of the noise level. Not a place for deep conversations. But, having said thst, we will definitely go back

    We came to Don Cheech for the first time as new Staten Islanders who tend to gravitate towards Brooklyn celebrating a very momentous occasion in our life (being cancer free!), and everything from the food to the service did not disappoint. Stephanie is an actual gem - I called prior to our reservation to ask for a dessert request with writing, and she was so gracious and heartfelt over why we were celebrating over dinner. She connected with us the whole time, checked up on how we were doing constantly, all while chef Massimo prepared for us the most amazing meal. The ambiance was fantastic - a quiet Thursday night with a great week day special if you’re looking for that - it was the best all around. We can’t wait to be regulars here!!!
