A wonderful lunch. Service excellent as was the food. On the Square is a treasure in this part of our state. I wish I could clone it in Rocky Mount. Between the great food and wonderful wine and cocktails it’s a one of a kind place for miles around.

Last night, my husband and I had the pleasure of dining at RH Rooftop to celebrate our anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience! We had made the reservation about a month ago, and the anticipation was absolutely worth it. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how beautiful the restaurant was. The ambience was elegant, with perfect lighting that set a warm and romantic tone. Our waiter, Ethan, made the evening even more special with his attentive and kind service. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt celebrated and cared for. We started with the crispy artichokes and mini lobster rolls with caviar, both of which were absolutely delightful and set the tone for the meal. For our main courses, we ordered the charred ribeye and the broiled king salmon. The ribeye was cooked to perfection, with a perfect char and tenderness, and the salmon was equally impressive—moist, flavorful, and cooked just right. Our sides, truffle fries and charred broccolini, were equally amazing and complemented our dishes perfectly. We also appreciated that the portion sizes were just right—not too much and not too little—leaving us completely satisfied without feeling overwhelmed.Dessert was the perfect ending to our meal. We initially ordered strawberries and cream, which was light and refreshing, but Ethan surprised us with an additional treat: a heavenly butterscotch brûlée! To make it even sweeter, the desserts weren’t added to our bill—a thoughtful gesture that truly made us feel special.For drinks, I ordered peppermint leave tea, which was wonderfully soothing, along with honey, lemon/lime, and a side of San Pellegrino. It was such a lovely touch to have everything just as I requested. Overall, everything about our experience was perfect—the service, the stunning atmosphere, the perfectly portioned food, and the incredible attention to detail. Ethan’s exceptional hospitality and the restaurant’s thoughtful gestures made our anniversary so memorable!

As a local to the Littleton, NC area we are very lucky to have a restaurant to the level that the Blue Jay Bistro brings. This was not our first visit, but every dinner with the exceptional staff is rememberable. The menu changes with seasons and is always easy to find something delicious. On this occasion, it was my birthday with special friends and everyone's meal was perfectly prepared. The steak and duck were my favorite on this visit. The decor of the restaurant is very well done and comfortable. We look forward to coming back!

I have eaten here several times and the experience has always been great. That is, presentation, food, service, atmosphere, etc. This is one of my favorite go to restaurants in Raleigh. I highly recommend a visit, but be sure to make reservations.

Outstanding Experience! Mulino’s recently helped me arrange a last minute work dinner and I couldn’t have been more impressed! From the moment I made the reservation, the manager was incredibly helpful, communicative, and accommodating to all of our needs. They were fully prepared for our arrival, ensuring everything went smoothly. What really stood out was how much more welcoming and accommodating this restaurant was compared to others in the downtown area. Many places seemed unwilling or unprepared to handle a semi large party (10-14). It was a huge relief to find Mulino’s and receive such prompt and helpful communication throughout arranging the reservation. They were flexible to our needs and agile as the headcount fluctuated a bit. The service throughout the meal was top-notch—attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere was stunning, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort that made for a wonderful dining experience. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. One thing to note if you're driving and parking in Mulino’s parking lot: you can only enter if you're traveling southbound on Capitol, which turns into Dawson, or westbound on Lane. Just a small detail, but worth mentioning to save some time! Highly recommend this place for both professional and personal occasions. Can't wait to return!
