In addition to 20 wines by the glass and over 100 by the bottle, our beverage selection includes wine-infused cocktails, sangrias, and specialty spirits. Our food pairings feature curated charcuterie boards, small plates, as well as full sized entrees and house-made gelato. Serving a new menu seasonally, we are proud of our Chef Jose Luis' unique take on American and French dishes with a Mexican influence and many more surprises. We have private lounge backspace to host any party or gatherings for up to 35 people!

He did his culinary education and training in Italy, working in some of the best Michelin-starred restaurants in Rome. His food is loyal to tradition, but forward looking.

From homemade pasta, a time-honored tribute to their Nonna's lasagna sheets hanging on a drying rack on Sundays, to wood-fired pizza Romana, a thin-crust pizza, classic recipes like carbonara, cacio e pepe, carciofi fritti, and suppli, a Roman rice ball street food, you can eat like a Roman at Botte without booking an expensive flight to Roma. Then again, traveling to Italy is always a fun adventure. There is a sense of Italian Famiglia, family, and kinship within the Botte group.
