Front & Main features creative, nourishing cuisine, sourced lovingly from our own farms, fields, bays and oceans.

Food and joy are intimately connected here at Hillholm Estate, our 1895 Gilded Age mansion tucked among Maine's High Peaks. We strive to craft a culinary experience in mindfulness for you: slow down to savor every bite. We emphasize seasonal, local ingredients procured from small Maine growers and farmers. Our offerings change weekly, sometimes nightly. We offer a single prix fixe tasting menu with five courses. Our menus reflect Chef JennyBess Chaim's travels across the globe and varied ethnic backgrounds, ranging from Nordic traditions to Middle Eastern comfort food. We welcome you to a single nightly seating at 7:00 p.m., by prior reservation only. Some of our tables are private; some share space with other diners. Our Lounge rejuvenates Prohibition novelties with shrubs from Precessional Apothecary, house-made bitters, syrups, infusions, and homemade aquavit. Stick-to-your-bones bar snacks are available in the Lounge.

Novio’s is an inspired bistro offering a small and selective menu that includes items that are representative of the education, training, travels and experiences of our team. We feature meats & seafood and produce from local farms, fisherman and other purveyors. The menu offers vegetarian and gluten free options, beautiful soups and salads, and fresh pasta. Novio’s offers a full service bar that showcases an elegant yet approachable wine list, craft beers, and signature cocktails and an extensive scotch & bourbon list. Items on the menu change often as our team becomes inspired by the stories of experiences had by our guests. We offer a meticulously chosen wine list, an extensive cocktail menu and an excellent selection of locally-brewed and national brand beers to begin your evening as our guest. Our wine & spirits menu is available in both our restaurant and the Pickford Pub. All of our food is crafted from scratch. We use locally sourced proteins and produce; natural and organic when available. Our steaks are hand cut and our burgers are our own fresh grind of steak, grilled on our apple wood fired grill. You’ll find no better choice in the Rangeley area.

Welcome to The Tarratine. We focus on providing an elegant yet approachable experience for our community. Created with skill and passion, the menu features an exciting array of seafood, streak, brunch foods, and signature items from our Executive Chef and his culinary team. This is within our historic gentlemen's social club, built-in 1907. Our spacious venue allows for individual experiences in various spaces, including our rooftop terrace. The Tarratine provides a variety of spirits, cocktails, local brews on tap, and an approachable wine list. Parties of 12 - 18 guests will be offered a reduced restaurant menu.Parties with 19+ guests, please call us at 207-992-4090, and someone will love to talk to you about your special night.We allow you to bring in a cake from state-licensed bakeries; a $5 per person cutting fee will be added to the final bill.Due to the historic nature of the building, our upper levels are not handicap accessible.
