As the FIRST solely Indigenous restaurant in Portland, Oregon, Alexa and her team have earned respect nationwide from other Indigenous chefs. They have been featured in Eater, Portland Monthly, The Oregonian, Willamette Weekly, OPB, Tasting Table, and many other publications. Alexa is ready to serve her community and the city of Portland with her take on Indigenous Cuisine. Open Thursday-Sunday there will be 2 services Lunch Service from 11am-3pm - with Javelina focusing on "powwow comfort food" - with Fry Bread, Bison Burgers, Elk Fry Bread, Wild Rice Bowls, Soups & Stews Dinner Service from 5pm-9PM - with Inɨ́sha our Indigenous Fine Dining Tasting Menu featuring Non-Colonial Fair (Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free & Cane Sugar Free) and only sourcing from "Turtle Island" meaning only proteins from the North American Continent.
