I recently visited Mimosa, and it was an excellent experience overall. The food was exceptional, with every dish crafted to perfection and full of flavor. The only small downside was the background music, which was slightly louder than ideal and made conversations a bit tricky at times. Our food was delicious, and we left feeling so full! The cocktails were amazing, and our service was very polite and checked on us often. Very snug atmosphere, perfect for a treat night out!

As far as restaurants go in Kilkenny. Petronella has jumped right up to the top of my list. Welcoming staff, great food, great history and great vibes had with the restaurant. Selection is minimal but well varied. Drinks selection is also minimal but caters for everybody. There are not a huge amount of seats so it is recommended to book in advance.

We were a table of seven and we were all very happy with the food and the service and the atmosphere. The food was lovely, very fresh. Everyone at the table was very happy. We were part of a graduation. We arrived earlier than our reservation and we were accommodated it was very nice.
