Spinnerstown Hotel is a restaurant serving rustic local cuisine in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. The dining areas of are divided into 3 parts. The first is a casual soapstone bar and wooden booth-lined taproom, with 18 rotating beers on tap and a simple, rustic atmosphere. The second is a handsomely homey dining room (sans TV) complete with a fireplace, stone walls and hand painted ceiling. The third is an outside barn-like deck with vaulted ceilings. The cuisine is simple farmhouse fare, but with its own modern twist. Diners will find house-made burgers, Belgian-style mussels and hearty entrées like the in-house butchered boneless rib eye or hand rolled gnocchi. In addition to these standards, the menu is constantly under development, using fresh, seasonal ingredients to consistently create new dishes. An exceptional beverage selection encompasses a value-driven wine list, hand crafted cocktails, a legendary beer program, and a temptingly stocked bottle shop.

Our restaurant is warm and inviting with exposed beams and a mission-style décor, as well as a bar, several gas-burning fireplaces and two semi-private rooms for small functions of eight to 10 guests. Our eclectic menu features innovative American Regional fare, a delightful selection of appetizers, an array of daily specials, a carefully selected wine list and Sunday brunch. We believe in using the freshest ingredients possible, while supporting local suppliers. Our crab cakes especially, have gotten rave reviews – moist, tender, abundantly flavorful, packed with jumbo crabmeat and no fillers – and never breaded or fried! Our event facility can host meetings, birthdays, christenings, anniversaries, luncheons and weddings.     We always have amazing food and service here. This morning's brunch was exceptionally busy. We did not mind the wait, as we could catch up with our college-age son while waiting. The wait staff was a bit slow returning to bring take-out containers & the bill, but I am certain it was due to busyness. No matter -- we will be back!

    My foodie restaurant industry girlfriend and NYC raised I went to this restaurant for the first time. It was recommended on a Reddit chat for special occasions. We go out every week in the Lehigh Valley area and minus a few of our favorites, have been mostly disappointed by our meals. Well this was definitely not the case last night. From the moment our server Nicholas came to our table we knew we were in for a treat. He was very personable and knowledgeable helping us guide through the menu. Everything we had made us go WOW! including the onion soup, twin filets, scallops, and peach pie! Truly top notch taste and presentation coupled with our great server made for a truly memorable evening. We are definitely going to make the Spinnerstown Hotel a regular part of our weekly dinners!

    Great and very friendly service. A very impressive dinner menu with lots of delicious sounding choices. We had the French onion soup and scallops both of which were absolutely delicious. The portion size was very generous. The noise level is subdued making for easy conversations. The atmosphere was outstanding with floor to ceiling windows, numerous fireplaces, stacked stones and a beautiful arts and craft’s motif. Great job! Thank you.
