Our waiter, Nick, was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our evening special. He had fantastic recommendations and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. A standout moment was when Chef Jared personally visited our table to check on our experience. His passion for his craft is evident, and it’s rare to see a chef so engaged with guests. It added a personal touch that made the evening even more memorable. Vive isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an experience. With its impeccable food, incredible service, and stunning ambiance, it’s easily one of the best dining destinations in West Bloomfield. Right from the start walking in the atmosphere and ambience was amazing, treated and sat down quickly with the service and staff being outstanding and so nice! From the water boy to to every other staff up to the manager was incredible and made the experience even better, our server Michelle was honestly the best we’ve ever had, kind and super fast with service and making sure everything was okay. She is super nice and made our time there unforgettable and comforting to dine at, will 100% come back again soon and thank everyone at the restaurant for the amazing experince!

First of all, we set reservations for 6 pm. It turned out to be ideal as we beat the crowd. Immediately on entering the restaurant we were graciously greeted and seated at our table. From here on we were well taken care of by the various servers who were very attentive in meeting our needs and yet not intrusive or being obsequious. The service was excellent. The meal started with Muscles, the special Bruschetta of the day and house salad. The entre dishes were pan-seared scallops, a Sea Food Medley with homemade pasta and their special gnocchi dish. The wine was a Ramey Chardonnay. Both the food and wine were excellent, including one of the best tasting muscle dishes I've ever had. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect. I could not have picked a better location as my son, and I were celebrating my wife's birthday. In summary we had a very enjoyable evening. Our expectations of Cafe Cortina were certainly exceeded.
