The Café Brio, located in Victoria, has been a local favorite for twenty six years, serving up a rustic, Italian inspired menu. Focusing on regional products, Café Brio led by multi awarded Chef Sam Harris selects the highest quality ingredients from local sources to be used in authentic, creative dishes.At Café Brio, everything is prepared in house. Pasta favorites include gnocchi with roasted leeks, parmesan cream and basil purée, Spaghettini with tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil and parmigiano and also our wild mushroom risotto. From the Sea enjoy seared scallops with peroxides, delicata squash, carmelo and bacon anchovy vinaigrette or our local fish feature. Lastly the Parry Bay Lamb feature from our friends out in Metchosin is an absolute must.The wine list is extensive with input from multiple Sommeliers on staff always excited to share their new favourite bottle in our unique and cozy dining room.

Authentic Japanese Ramen Noodles. Tonkotsu Ramen, Tori Ramen. Menbow Ramen Group offers authentic Japanese ramen and currently has locations on Vancouver Island and mainland British Columbia, Canada. We use a majority of our key ingredients directly imported from Japan, and our chefs also hail from Japan. We take pride in being one of the few restaurants that offer Chicken (Clear) broth and Pork bone (creamy) broth, along with various flavors such as Shio (salt), Shoyu (soy sauce), Miso (soybean paste), Spicy Miso Flavor, and Tomato Ramen (Vegetarian).     Our food was delicious (mine was penne, peas and gorganzola) and the environment was very conducive to chatting comfortably. Our server was very attentive (in a very good way) and very pleasant to deal with. An extremely positive experience.

    I love this place. I’ve been here over the years (like decades ago), but have rediscovered it in the past couple of months. It’s now my go-to spot. The half portion entree makes it possible to try an appy (beet salad, cortini) and dessert (crème brûlée, sticky toffee pudding -yum!). The service is great. Jason was patient as we tried to find the right wine to order. All staff are friendly and attentive. It’s all good. Just go and see for yourself.

    They were so awesome! We mentioned it was a birthday and they went above and beyond for the birthday girl. The food was taking long but the night manager personally came over to check on us and apologize for the delay. A great experience all over.
