As we have come to expect, the food and service was excellent. While the menu is limited, everything is top quality. I enjoyed the sea bass and my wife the salmon, both were excellent. We also enjoyed a nice wine suggested by our server. As it was my wife’s birthday, the complimentary dessert was really appreciated. The Bistro is our go to restaurant for those special occasions. We highly recommend it!

Honest review: Our reservation was at 7:15 PM on Saturday night, but we ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seated, even though the estimated wait time for walk-ins was 1 hour. During our wait, one other reservation was seated before us, along with a walk-in guest. I later learned from our waiter that the host had specifically assigned us to him, even though he was already tending to a table of 15. On a positive note, the drinks were amazing—the lemon drop and smoked old-fashioned were both a solid 10/10. The NY steak and Ribeye were generous portions and flavorful; however, we ordered them medium, and both came out medium-rare. The atmosphere is visually appealing, with a clean and stylish design. The color and texture of the seating, walls, and views are thoughtfully done. However, the temperature difference between the two sides of the room is noticeable—one half feels warm and inviting, while the side with the brick walls and roll-up doors feels colder. It’s a bit inconsistent but not a dealbreaker. The bar itself is stunning, and the bartender was attentive and professional, rounding out the experience nicely. That said, I’ve read that others have faced similar issues with reservations, which seems to be a recurring concern. I highly recommend the restaurant address this and streamline the reservation and seating process to enhance the overall guest experience.

Expensive yes. Worth it yes. From walking in the door to leaving top notch customer service and top notch food quality/chef. Above excellent wait staff. Everyone that comes to your table (every time you dine) will make your dining experience awesome.

Went for my 22nd birthday and it was my first time my reservation at 3:15 my food came 17 minutes right after I order, me and my lady order a lot of dim sum & favorite was the steam BBQ pork buns so soft and sweet I recommend this place, the black spiral booth was cool too sit at, Sandra was our waiter and she was nice and sweet she took care of everything for us even our left overs give the food and venue a 4/5

Food and service are top notch but the prices are too high. I realize costs have gone up etc etc. I’ve eaten at Sheldon Inn for many years. Now it’s unaffordable. Tonight’s dinner was a splurge that can’t happen again. I’m glad there are people who can afford it. Let them enjoy. I will be unable to return due to cost. Especially because I can get a better burger, the least expensive thing on your menu, at Tower Cafe or Revolution Winery and Kitchen for less than yours. Disappointing that you’ve priced yourself out of my disposable income.
