At Austin's, we've been cooking the old fashioned way since 1994. We start with the freshest ingredients we can find, delivered to our kitchen each day of the week. We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way. While the menu choices appear pricey, I haven't been disappointed in either the prep or taste. The Italian Benedict on the brunch menu is a favorite as are the Crispy Artichokes. The service has always been some of the best of any restaurant I've visited.

Menu was extensive for a hotel restaurant. When our burger was overcooked, they quickly apologized and remade it. Since we were inconvenienced, they nicely took the charge off the bill. I think they went beyond the norm to make us happy. We will be back.

Food is always great as usual which is why we come back. The service however wasn't the greatest this time around, we had a baby with us and the waitress hardly came around. As a party of only 4 adults + 1 baby and a reservation I think it's unacceptable for us to be there for just over 2 hours.. Then to be given the bill & not come back, I had to go find someone to close it out they proceeded to go look for the waitress for us.
