With the bounty of what the Okanagan, and Canada has to offer us in the ways of cheese, poultry, produce, seafood, grains, so much more, we focus on using local Canadian and Artisanal products to help keep low food miles, support local growers, farmers and use sustainable foods in our kitchens. With healthy options, vegan, or decadent multi-course meals paired with local wines and spirits, your culinary adventure will go unmatched while you dine, and take in the sweeping Okanagan Lake Views.If you are dining as a resort guest, PeakFine Restaurant encourages wearing bathrobes and slippers for breakfast and lunch. In the evening, we adhere to a smart casual dress code, and we ask that guests refrain from wearing hats or slippers to dinner. There is an 18% service charge for parties of 6 or more.Please note that Sparkling Hill Resort & Spa is a 16 plus only resort.

    Dining in the Peak Fine restaurant in Sparking Hills is always exceptional, although a bit "pricey". The service is professional and the cleanliness is outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you are staying overnight at the resort. The complimentary breakfast is generous and healthy as well as delicious. The choices available will please everyone.

    So glad to have this option in the North Shuswap! The food was incredible, the service is outstanding, friendly familiar faces and overall an excellent experience. We weren't sure what to expect as the restaurant has been closed for so long, but the new owners have really taken it to the next level. Compliments to the chef, and always nice to see Amanda's smiling face!
