Step aboard our beautifully restored Norwegian railway carriage.Our Daughter-and-Mother team owns and operates the restaurant Mia and Isara McCallum. Mia McCallum is from Phuket, Thailand, and is in charge of the dining experience. Isara is our main chef, also born in South Thailand. She brings her passion for traditional Thai cooking to the heart of Highland Perthshire. Whether you're a fan of classic Thai curries or fragrant stir-fries, our menu has something to delight every palate. We use only the freshest ingredients and locally sourced produce to ensure every dish bursts with flavour.Gratuities are discretionary for all parties except those above five people. We have a compulsory service charge of 15% for groups over five.
