Hacienda Kitchen evokes ancient traditions, that contain stories of Costa Ricans who worked hard to harvest the land, where there was a gathering around the preparation of inherited recipes from generation to generation, seasoned with natural ingredients and with a genuine sense of sharing without haste in the heat of the stove in the great kitchens of yesteryear.Next to the majestic central courtyard of the hotel, you can sit in front of the water fountain that gives life to the patio, or on the terrace overlooking the luscious gardens and golf (driving range), perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The interior area offers a warm characteristic atmosphere of a colonial hacienda.
