Mia McCallum is from Phuket, Thailand, and is in charge of the dining experience. Isara is our main chef, also born in South Thailand. It has taken us to many different parts of the world and all over the British Isles during the last 20 years.Deciding to turn our vision of the perfect pub & restaurant into bricks and mortar, we chose wonderful Stirlingshire, a captivating part of Scotland that is home to a wealth of incredible foods, food producers, breweries and distilleries.Since taking over the Allan Park Hotel, we have been working hard to transform the building into a truly special pub, restaurant and coffee house.

Lovely meal. We had the satay & spring roll platter to start then the beef panang and salmon, finishing off with rubies pearls and ice cream. It was really quiet but it was mid week and off season. Service was great, staff were really friendly.

Couldn’t be faulted in any way. We had mussels for the starter, followed by salmon filet and Cajun chicken. Generous portions.

We (party of 4) have just had a lovely afternoon tea. The restaurant was happy we had the dog with us and provided the dog with something to drink. The afternoon tea offering was lovely and happy to accommodate our requirements. We arrived early and parked up before walking the Birks of Aberfeldy.
