Spinnerstown Hotel is a restaurant serving rustic local cuisine in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. The dining areas of are divided into 3 parts. The first is a casual soapstone bar and wooden booth-lined taproom, with 18 rotating beers on tap and a simple, rustic atmosphere. The second is a handsomely homey dining room (sans TV) complete with a fireplace, stone walls and hand painted ceiling. The third is an outside barn-like deck with vaulted ceilings. The cuisine is simple farmhouse fare, but with its own modern twist. Diners will find house-made burgers, Belgian-style mussels and hearty entrées like the in-house butchered boneless rib eye or hand rolled gnocchi. In addition to these standards, the menu is constantly under development, using fresh, seasonal ingredients to consistently create new dishes.     The Cajun filet tips were excellent! Cooked to perfection. The risotto and green beans were an awesome compliment to the steak. But the star of the dish was the Cajun merlot reduction. Not too spicy but just the right kick. It worked well with everything on the plate!

    Please bring back the original coleslaw recipe. My husband and I both agree that the coleslaw we were served on 10/19/23 was dreadful. Why in the world would you change a good thing? My husband and I eat there about four times a year and we look forward to your coleslaw, but we will never order it again if you continue that recipe. Otherwise, our salmon meal was delicious, but we are completely disappointed with the coleslaw we were served, and we mentioned that to our server. Our server was delightful by the way.
