It was a very busy Friday between Christmas and New Year’s, and we were thankful for Open Table and having made reservations! The mild weather brought everyone out to Peddler’s Village and all shops were crowded. The next best part was they didn’t run out of the favorite foods so we could get the specials plus anything else. We always enjoy the food and atmosphere here.

The mashed potatoes were a bit too salty, but otherwise, the meal was excellent. Our server, Conor, took great care of our table. This is a great place for special occasions. I would also recommend the Pineville Tavern for a regular meal. By the way, the side dishes on the Christmas menu were mostly potatoes. This may have been the best way to handle holiday dinners. My wife and I had a very nice experience as usual. We chose an early dinner time, so the dining room wasn't crowded when we arrived (it did fill up quickly). Our server was very attentive without being intrusive. She took our order promptly, and the food was delivered to the table in a very reasonable amount of time. We both chose filet dishes (my order included crab cakes),, and the meat was prepared as ordered. We also ordered dessert: My wife had the berry crumble and I the flourless chocolate cake. Both were excellent. In summary, everything was as good as we have come to expect from Caleb's. We recommend them highly.

Reservation 1;15 arrived and seated right away,waitress came within a couple of minutes and took drink order,and delivered them quickly,took our food order and received food about 20minutes ,hot and was very good,presented well,waitress came back several times for refills and checking to see all is OK. Very good service and food

Fun atmosphere in the bar area. Food and drinks are a good value. Highly recommended for everyday dining.
