Created Tom Hill and Clare Lattin of Ducksoup in Soho and Little Duck in Hackney, Emilia is their version of a small Italian Osteria (transported to the Devonshire countryside) serving seasonal, everyday Italian inspired dishes using locally grown ingredients. Tom oversees the menu and together they cook and share a love for Italian food and natural wine. The dining room is hosted by Lucy Mastroddi and Paul Seckler along with Alice Phillips.

We offer a new extensive menu, created around many of the items sold in our shop and showcasing local produce from our farm and fishing boats. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are no problem and we have a children's menu for the little ones, too. We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as tea and coffee, delicious cakes and Devon cream teas.Once you've eaten why not take a stroll along our family farm trail. The trails follow a level path that’s just right for pushchairs and little legs where you can say hello to all of the animals, including Oscar the Ostrich.On Sunday and Monday evenings, from 3.30pm, our restaurant serves from our extensive fish and chip menu only.

Welcome to The Elephant Restaurant The Elephant is a bright, informal restaurant which is situated near the beautiful Torbay harbour. It was the first restaurant in Torquay to be awarded a Michelin star which it maintains today. We aim to source all our ingredients locally and sustainably, many from our dedicated farm in Brixham. Run by chef proprietor, Simon Hulstone and his wife Katy.     The only disappointment was that the rotisserie chicken was off, probably the main reason to visit the restaurant. However the food we did have was of a very good quality. Very good flavours, well developed. Overall a very enjoyable meal.

    5 ladies out for a fabulous Christmas lunch. We all had different meals but all were delicious, never a disappointment here. I personally had steak & kidney pudding, veggies were perfect, for pudding it has to be ginger pudding with cream, amazing 😋 Very busy but relaxed atmosphere & staff very friendly & attentive. 5 stars well deserved 😊

    Our first visit and what a superb find the Live & Let Live Inn has been. The meal was outstanding, the welcome warm and friendly. I can honestly say that I have never had such tender chicken livers and the Pork chop that followed was sublime. We have talked about our lunch constantly since visiting. The rice pudding is to die for. I recommend the Inn unhesitatingly and will book a table the moment that we return the area. Thank you for an exceptional meal.

    A lovely independent restaurant with tasty food. The menu is compact but all delicious with a selection of small plates and a few mains. Wine selection and cocktails are good too. The owners are lovely and excellent hosts. Well worth a visit.
