A menu composed of dishes meant to be shared and enjoyed around the table.The origin of each ingredient is fundamental to our cuisine. We have forged close ties with producers from nearby farms to source high-quality ingredients, reflecting the fertility and hard work of our community in the fields.We cook slowly, with care, with love, and with passion, to bring to the table a flavorful, nutritious, and honest cuisine.We offer a 15-minute grace period for each reservation. The Mirador Cocktail & Wine bar is a unique space in Querétaro, you can enjoy a magical view of the Marqués Valley while enjoying a delicious wine!El Mirador is a bar focused on Vinology, cocktails with Puerta del Lobo wine designed to highlight its flavor and create unique experiences, as well as signature cocktails, spirits and our first Craft Beer created by us.It is important to know:- You cannot get to the restaurant with your car, you must park at the bottom and our van will take you to the restaurant since we are at the top of the mountain. The journey takes approx. 10 minutes and only 15 people fit, so we recommend you arrive at the place on time and on time.- The viewpoint is an outdoor space, you must bring: Sunscreen, hat, jackets/sweater (weather may change)
