Outstanding in every way! Best restaurant in Cayman and a must if visiting the island. They recently introduced a new menu. We tried the mushroom empanadas, Ms. Pipers platter, Paccheri Verdi (Homemade Pasta, with smoked Pumpkin and Pancetta) and Picanha steak with a black garlic rub. All delicious! I enjoyed two lovely evenings at Union grill and bar during my trip to Grand Cayman. First evening was live soul music with Daisy Lee and the second was jazz with Devon Edie. Both were awesome!! The salmon, lobster tails, and red snapper were all delicious!!
